Fulfill Conflict Minerals Due Diligence Responsibilities
Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires companies reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to declare the origin of Conflict Minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold) in their products. Affected companies must submit a Conflict Minerals form to the SEC every year.
